Due to unstable weather, the roof project was delayed to July 10, 2023 and is progressing. It is expected to last another four to five weeks.
Some dead bushes by the driveway and dead trees in the front were removed on July 10, 2023. Carpet cleaning is scheduled for August 24-25, 2023. The new date for the roof project is June 20, 2023 and should last four to six weeks. The contractor will establish the staging area in the middle row of the parking lot. Four parking spaces on each side starting from the grass area will be needed for the fork lift, trash and materials. Vehicles in these spaces need to be moved out by 7:00am on Tuesday June 20. Any vehicle not relocated will be towed at owner’s expense. A picture of the restricted parking area is posted in the mail room, exit doors, and available here. The heat has been turned off and AC is on - 4/19/2023.
Residents must keep all windows/porch doors closed while the AC is running to prevent condensation. The pool will open on May 27 - from 12:00noon to 7:30pm daily, except Tuesdays. However, July 4 being a Tuesday, the pool will be open. Residents must show the pool pass and no more than three guests per resident/unit. |
