- Residents: Please check the mail room or outside lobby entrance and pick up your packages promptly upon notification from sellers. The Association is NOT responsible for lost packages. Refrain from opening packages that do not belong to you.
- E-scooters must not be left or parked anywhere on the property. Riders will be identified, reported to the company and fined.
