An email can be sent to [email protected] 10 days before proposed event date.
Requester will be contacted within 48 hours of the email to confirm availability.
NEW: A printed, duly filled out form must be given to the Association's representative seven (7) days before the event, accompanied by a deposit check of $200.00.
Room reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of form and deposit.
Please read the attached policy carefully for new requirements.
NOTE: NO Pets allowed in the community room (Policy attached)
