Updates

Renovation project:  Painting of hallways/doors/trims and loading dock completed.  Stairwells are done with exception of railings and doors - bids are being sought. 
Carpet installation:  Contractor will be on site week of November 9 and plan to complete project in one week. 
STARRY Internet:  Reps will be on site to meet with residents interested in this service.  Please join on Friday 10/30/20 between 4:00pm and 6:00pm in the lobby.  (Masks must be worn and social distancing to be observed). 
Elevator testing:  OTIS will be on site on Friday Nov. 6, 2020 and there will be interrupted use for two to three hours. 
Filters distribution:  This is scheduled for Tuesday Nov. 3, 2020.  A communication will be sent out with details.
