- Heat is on
- Most work is completed on the facade and swings have been removed.
- Garages repairs: On October 24, frames will be replaced and repainted as well as doors. Loading dock exit will still be unavailable until further notice.
- Patios repairs: On October 24, work will start on three patios to remedy bad water drainage.
- Kitchen sinks snaking: Further to residents' reports about sediment back up, Eddie's Plumbing will snake kitchen sinks. Residents affected will be notified (all first and fifth floor units, and second floor - units 210 to 216 only). This work will be done on October 27.

Hi, Has the policy changed on when the heat is turned on. In the past it was after 3 consecutive cool days before the heat system switched over. What is the current guidance in switching from cool to heat?

Can I suggest that in future Building Managment provides residents with hard date and at least a couple of days notice before switching over to heat. The previous notices on this site were ambiguous on which day the switchover was taking place. Due to this my thermostats were still on cooling mode yesterday morning which resulted in the units pumping out heat continuosuly all day long until I arrived home in the evening. This is particularly concerning for those of us that have pets in our apartments

I'm wondering if the "snaking" will occur just on the fifth floor and only on Oct. 27. I'm curious if we on other floors need to expect "snaking" in our units on other dates. Many thanks in advance for any additional information.

Snaking will start on 5th floor (all units) and go down to 1st floor - other floors are not/will not be affected (i.e., no entry) - except units 10 to 16 on the 2nd floor as there are no apartments below them.

Can you please give specific dates when the a/c filters will be changed what day it will start since you said early Nov.?

filters will be changed on Nov. 15-16; at the same time, sinks/shower/toilet will be checked for water leaks and smoke alarms will also be inspected. Residents will be notified in advance.
