HVAC Pipe Re-insulation: To address the condensation issues experienced in past years, we will be starting this major project on the first floor of the building on January 18, 2017. All common elements and units will be affected. The Community Room, Gym, laundry facility and shower/toilet will be unavailable between January 16 and 27. Work on units and storage rooms will follow. A complete schedule will be posted on the website. Check regularly as there may be occasional changes. Residents affected will be briefed and kept informed as the project moves forward.
Budget Meeting: This is scheduled on January 25, 2017 at 6:00pm followed by the regular board meeting.
