At a progress meeting on July 19, 2016, contractors informed the Board that the project is ahead of schedule. Consequently, all equipment will be moved out of the front by August 1.
Part of the 3rd phase along Nelson street will start on or about August 1. Residents of the 12th and 14th and 15th tiers will be affected.
It is anticipated that the pool will close on September 5 to allow work to start on the remaining part of the building facing the driveway and parking lot - above garages and loading dock. Residents of 10th, 11th and part of 12th tiers will be affected. Project completion is anticipated in November.
Note that from approximately September 6 to completion of work, the loading dock will not be accessible between 8:30am to 5:00pm Mondays through Fridays. NO move-in/out will be allowed during weekdays.
