What's new???

--  The wind storm during the weekend of March 2 took another piece of the fence down as well as the pine tree at the corner front of the building (by Nelson st and Wash. blvd).  Luckily no damages nor injury. 
--  The Association's annual meeting was held on March 14, 2018 and very well represented.  
--  A draft amendment to the by-laws was circulated at the meeting and membership votes will be solicited to implement the smoking ban.  More information will follow.
--  The "appetizer potluck" organized on Feb. 22 was well attended; the social committee received positive feedback and  is actively planning the next event.  Stay tuned!
--  Arlington County trash/recycling day is March 31;  check the list of items accepted:
