Updates October 11, 2016

Facade:  During a meeting on October 11, contractors lost three days due to rain; however, the project has not been too much affected and work on the bricks is expected to be completed by October 21.  Work on patios, garages and downspouts is expected to start on/about October 24.  It looks like the whole project will be completed by mid November. 
Water temperature fluctuation:  This has been addressed and a part was changed. 
Parking lot lights:  These were out a couple of nights earlier this month.  Electrical contractor found some damaged cables and did a temporary repair.  They will be back once the facade project is finished to do a more permanent repair.
Heating:  Switching to heat is expected on/about October 14.  Stay tuned! 
FOB keys:  Reminder that ONLY owners can request FOB keys from GHA.  Lost FOBs must be reported so that they are de-activated for security purposes. 
Residents' contact form/email:  Please complete the contact form at your earliest convenience so that you are not left out of important communications. 
Pet registration:  You will be fined if you have not registered your pet per the Association's by-laws.
