Reminders

-   The air conditioner is on since May 18, 2020; residents are asked to keep windows, patio doors and stairwell windows closed at all times to prevent condensation issues. 
-   The Board reiterated that face covering is highly recommended by residents, guests and contractors while in the common areas of the building.
-   Wentworth Place is a no-smoking condominium.  Smoking is strictly prohibited in units, common areas and on/around the property grounds.
