Mr. Nulty; Storage bins; E-care; BBQ grills

3/6/2017

Sad news:  Mr. Walter Nulty who has lived at Wentworth Place for several years, passed away on February 21.  He will be missed.  Condolences to his family.
.Storage bins to be emptied:  Owners and residents were informed about bins that will be affected by the pipe re-insulation in the storage.  Deadline to clean the bins and leave them unlocked is March 28.
E-care:  The year’s first biannual Environmental Collection and Recycling Event, better known as “E-CARE,” takes place Saturday, April 15, 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Thomas Jefferson Middle School, 125 S. Old Glebe Road.  E-CARE allows residents to safely dispose of household hazardous  materials like paint, automotive fluids and corrosives plus recycle bikes,  small metal items, electronics, shoes, clothing and more.  E-CARE details:  recycling.arlingtonva.us/household-hazmat/e-care.
BBQ Grills:  Owners and residents need to claim/identify their grills left in the backyard and a weatherproof tag will be provided.  Grills not identified by April 8, 2017, will be discarded.

Please advise when the first floor ceiling will be repaired. It's been over a month since the leak damaged the ceiling, and its embarrassing to live in this building under these conditions: especially with how much we pay on fees. In fact, the ceiling from the gym to the boiler room should be entirely replaced. It has been damaged torn open so often that it now is an unsightly patchwork of imprecise "fixes". I am hopeful for a prompt response to this message.
