Important information

No more plastic bags in the recycling bins:  Further to communications and flyers distributed, residents are asked to fully cooperate with the requirement of avoiding to put plastic bags in the recycling bins.  Lately, our contractor has not been able to pick up the recyclables because they were contaminated by regular household trash and plastics.  The Association is being charged for extra service to pick up contaminated trash. 
Parking lot re-striping:  On Tuesday, August 21, and Wednesday, August 22,  Advanced Towing will be re-striping the parking lot and adding bolder markings to indicate visitor spots.  There will also be two additional visitor spots added on the far side of the parking lot facing the fence.  Each day, half of the parking lot will be off-limits for painting from 9A.M. to 5P.M.
This project is weather dependent.  If contractor is  unable to paint due to rain, the work will be rescheduled for the following week, and a notice will go out to inform residents. 

Any vehicle left in the indicated work zone between 9A.M and 5P.M will  be towed at the owner’s expense to allow the work to occur.
