Highlights of board meeting - 4/22/20

The board held a short virtual meeting and here are a few main points:
- The carpet/paint project of common elements is on hold for the time being as it is unsafe to have contractors on site during the pandemic.
-  The pool will not open this season for health reasons.  The contractor will be on site weekly to maintain the system, clean the water  to prevent breeding of mosquitoes and add necessary chemicals to preserve the structure.
-  Scheduling of convectors servicing will be arranged and owners will be notified as soon as it is safe for contractors to work in the building.
-  Pets registration/updates: per by-laws, pet owners must register their pets with management.  A communication will be sent to that effect for updating our records.
