April 1 news

Unfortunately, the virus pandemic is not an April fool's day joke!  Thanks to members of the community who are diligently observing stay-at-home and social distancing guidelines.  We all know how difficult it is not to socialize with office colleagues, friends, family and above all seeing so many small businesses in our neighborhood just closed.  However, after every storm the sun comes out, better days are ahead and we will soon be out and about. 

For the safety of everyone, the Board had to make the difficult decision to close the gym - acting much later than most places.  We thank the residents for their understanding and you will be notified as soon as it is safe to re-open the facility. 
Similarly,  we are not taking reservations for the community room to minimize gatherings. 

A survey was sent to owners to solicit interest for the servicing of units convectors.  We hope that most - if not all owners will take advantage of this service at a reasonable bulk price to ensure we do not encounter problems in the summer and beyond. 

The pool has been cleaned and filled to prevent any damage; however, all is on hold for the moment depending on developments with the virus situation.  We sincerely hope to open for the summer and will keep the community informed.
