Pool extended weekend: Saturday and Sunday Sept. 9-10, 2017 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Potluck picnic and dog swim on Sunday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Bring your own food/drink and/or something to share - optional. If bringing a dish, kindly include serving utensils.
Pet waste stations: Two stations will be installed - one in the front (across from the lobby) and one in the backyard. These are in addition to the small white trash can by the recycling dumpster. Please do not discard pet waste in the trash can by the grills in the backyard, mail and laundry rooms or loading dock trash cans. Survey: The Board of Directors is seeking the community's input regarding a smoking ban to make the building and environment smoke-free. An email with survey link will be sent on Sept. 5, 2017. Deadline to respond is September 26, 2017. By providing your email address, you will be entered into a raffle to win an Amazon gift card. Drawing at board meeting on September 27, 2017. Minutes of July 26, 2017 board meeting posted. Carpet cleaning: Tentatively scheduled for mid-October. Dates will be confirmed. Filter change and maintenance: Tentatively scheduled for November - dates to be advised. In the meantime, check your smoke detectors and change the batteries to ensure they work properly.
