Per communication to owners and residents, Wentworth Place is now among the five or so condominiums in Arlington to be smoke-free. Effective September 1, 2019, the no-smoking ban will be enforced. Non-compliance will result in violation fine to the extent allowed by the law in Virginia. A smoke-free environment is a healthier environment! By-laws change:
