Towards a smoke-free environment: The board of directors wish to thank all those who filled out the survey. Responses indicate a strong incline towards banning smoking in the building and within a certain perimeter of the property. The board will consider the next steps for implementation. Ms. H. Vessels has won the Amazon gift card raffled. Abandoned moped and bicycles: A notice has been posted and an email sent to the community regarding those vehicles. They will be disposed of if not claimed/identified by October 31, 2017. Per by-laws and parking policy, all vehicles parked on the property must be properly registered and in good/operating condition.
