Portable chiller is expected on May 16th and air conditioning should be available by May 18th. To prevent condensation, it is important that windows be kept closed while the AC is on.
Parking restrictions will be in place from Sunday May 15, at 6:00pm until approximately mid day, Wednesday May 18. Vehicles must be moved out from the row across loading dock/garages - including handicap spaces - and alongside the building on the right hand side of the driveway. Window screens are available for purchase; send an email to [email protected] with dimensions - installation is owner/resident's responsibility. The pool is opening on May 28th. Hours will be 11:00am to 8:00pm everyday. Residents must show their pool pass and escort any guests. A maximum of three guests PER UNIT will be allowed. Have a wonderful summer! Emergency contact information: For the safety of all residents, management will implement a database of emergency contacts. It is imperative that all owners/residents/owner-non residents fill out the form and submit. When your emergency contact information changes, make sure to fill out a new / updated form.
