Servicing of convectors: The project went very well during the week of June 17, 2019. GHA will follow up with units needing some remedial actions to ensure that we minimize/avoid water leaks or other issues. New furniture have been installed at the pool and we wish all a very safe and enjoyable pool season. Minimizing condensation issues: Residents are kindly reminded to keep all windows, including those in stairwell B, and patio doors closed at all times. With the heat and high humidity, hopefully everyone's cooperation will help minimize condensation issues. Pets registration: Per the by-laws, all pets must be registered with our management company, GHA. http://www.wentworthplaceva.com/pet-registration.html Smoke-free environment: An amendment to the by-laws has been recorded with Arlington county on June 14, 2019 which now makes Wentworth Place totally smoke-free. More information will be provided to the community. E-scooters are not to be parked on/around the property:
