Facade Project Update With the weather cooperating, facade work is expected to be completed by October 14, 2016. Contractor will be on site until approximately November 4, 2016 to complete some additional work and final inspection. Access through the loading dock is unavailable between 8:30am and 5:00pm - Mondays through Fridays. No Move in/move out permitted Mondays through Fridays until project completion. Similarly, NO MOVES through the lobby allowed at any time. Pool closed on September 5, 2016 Sunset Pool Mgt has again provided excellent service during the summer. They will be back on site to conduct some water pressure tests and leak detection diagnosis. They will also winterize the pool. Condensation and leaks The Board is expecting report and recommendations regarding HVAC condensation on first floor. Residents contact information The Board and Management are in the process of establishing a mailing list to broadcast important information to owners and residents. You are strongly encouraged to fill out the contact form (click here) to be added to the mailing list . Emails sent cannot be replied to and addresses are not published nor shared. Pets registration If you own a pet, please fill out the registration form (see previous news bulletin of 9/2/16) as soon as possible. This is a requirement per the Association's by-laws. Failure to do so will incur a fine. Board Meeting The next meeting is on Wednesday September 28, 2016 at 7:00pm in the community room. All residents are invited. Arlington County E-Care (Fall - Sept. 24) The Arlington Environmental Collection and Recycling Event (E-CARE) is a biannual event at which residents can safely dispose of household hazardous materials (HHM), bikes, small metal items, shoes, clothing and other recyclable items.
