Further to numerous water leaks from convectors, it was found that some units are in pretty bad shape (rusted, drip pan missing, pipes not connected or un-insulated). See sample picture below. It is imperative that all convectors be properly maintained to avoid further water damages. A communication has been sent to the community. Servicing and filters change will be scheduled during the second half of June.
