Highlights of Board Meeting 12/2/2020
Renovation project: Carpet on first floor - project to be completed week of December 14, 2020.
Stairwell paint: Bids have been requested for painting of doors and railings as well as exit doors.
Lobby door: Repairs anticipated on/around Friday December 4, 2020.
Condensation issue on first floor: Management is addressing and bids will be obtained for repairs.
Utility carts: A second cart will be available in the storage room strictly for residents use only. A sign up sheet will be posted and residents are asked to log in/out when using the carts.
Pest control services: Residents are reminded to contact the contractor as needed and inform management. Schedule and instructions posted on the home page.
Recycling and trash: Residents are reminded to comply with the county guidelines and separate their trash/recycling items accordingly. Information available on the home page.
Meeting schedule for 2021 is posted. Mark your calendars and plan to attend. They will be virtual for a while.
