The heat has been turned off and AC is on - 4/19/2023. 
Residents must keep all windows/porch doors closed while the AC is running to prevent condensation. 
The pool will open on May 27 - from 12:00noon to 7:30pm daily, except Tuesdays.  However, July 4 being a Tuesday, the pool will be open. 
Residents must show the pool pass and no more than three guests per resident/unit. 

As already communicated, contractors are on site installing/testing the new chiller. 
The heat is expected to be turned on by October 17, 2022.  An email will be sent to the community accordingly.

To allow removal of rental chiller/generator and delivery/installation of new chiller equipment, parking is restricted across loading dock, garages and right hand side of driveway by the building.
Vehicles must vacate above spaces on Sunday Sept. 25 at 6:00pm until Thursday Sept. 29, 5:00pm.  Towing will be at owner's expense.
Furthermore, no moves will be allowed 9/26 to 9/29, 2022
