Annual Meeting of the Association is on March 12, 2025. Owners are requested to submit the proxy forms to Amir Greene (em: [email protected]) no later than 5:00pm on 3/12/25. A quorum of 25% is needed to conduct the meeting.
Pest Control - change of provider. Due to unsatisfactory performance by Owl Pest Prevention, the Board has approved hiring of Alexandria Pest Services starting March 7, 2025. Owners/residents are reminded that request for move-in/out must be received by Gates Hudson ([email protected]) 14 days prior to anticipated move date. There will be no exception.
