The heat was turned on - Wednesday October 15, 2025.
Starry Internet will be on site on Monday October 20, 2025 between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
On-site keys inventory will be done on Monday October 27, 2025 between 9:45am and approximately 12:00noon.
Laundry rooms will be unavailable all day on Wednesday November 5 .  Contractors will perform dryer ducts cleaning and laundry jetting lines.
Carpet cleaning:  This is re-scheduled to December 1 & 2, 2025.
Note:  NO moves will be authorized between November 26 and December 3, 2025 inclusive.  Please plan accordingly.
Cooling tower installation:  There is a delay for this project and a new date will be advised.  Stay tuned!
Board meeting:  The October meeting is on 22nd and zoom link  provided.
There will be no meeting in November.  Next meeting will be on Wednesday December 3, 2025.  Mark your calendar and plan to attend.

Annual Meeting of the Association is on March 12, 2025.  Owners are requested to submit the proxy forms to Amir Greene (em: [email protected]) no later than 5:00pm on 3/12/25.  A quorum of 25% is needed to conduct the meeting.
Pest Control - change of provider.  Due to unsatisfactory performance by Owl Pest Prevention, the Board has approved hiring of Alexandria Pest Services starting March 7, 2025. 
Owners/residents are reminded that request for move-in/out must be received by Gates Hudson ([email protected]) 14 days prior to anticipated move date.  There will be no exception. 

Towing:  Reminder that vehicles not displaying a parking tag and/or with a visitor tag but parked in a resident spot will be towed.
