Third phase of facade work now started

As previously communicated, equipment has been moved to the side of the building facing Nelson Street and work is in progress.  Tiers 12, 14 and 15 are affected.  On or about August 29, more equipment will be moved above the garages/loading dock/boiler room.  Tiers 10 and 11 and part of tier 12, will be affected and work is scheduled to start on September 6.
For safety reasons, owners of the four garages will NOT be able to access their units Mondays through Fridays starting September 6.  Similarly, NO moves will be approved on weekdays until work is completed. 

The lobby will be re-opened for residents' traffic and regular deliveries of mail and packages.  NO MOVES to take place through the lobby.
