Risers Project Update

The risers project has had some hurdles and is a bit behind schedule.  However, as of this posting, progress has been made and pipes replacement is almost completed. 
Some work still needs to be done regarding drywall and painting in various units and it is estimated that  all should be finished by
May 6, 2016.
Air conditioning will be turned on soon.  Stay tuned!
