Pet owners meeting

A few pet owners attended the meeting on June 28, 2016. 
Dave Aimone brought up issues the community faces namely, pet waste disposal, waste pickup, and DNA registration/testing to identify owners or walkers that do not comply with the rules.  The Association would prefer to avoid resorting to DNA solution and Dave asked that owners and walkers act responsibly. 
A resident suggested having a bin somewhere in the front of the building for pet waste.  However, it is difficult to find an adequate place and members of the board felt that it would become a "free for all" for the neighborhood and also increase the workload of our porter. 
 Dave reiterated that all pets must be registered with the Management company per our by-laws.

Due to a lack of quorum, at the last minute the board meeting was cancelled and will be rescheduled.
