Insulation Project:  The HVAC pipe insulation project on the first floor is now completed.  Storage bins have been cleaned and new tags stapled to the doors.  Affected residents can move their belongings back into the bins.  Reminder that anything left in passageways outside of bins will be discarded. 
Parking:  Spaces which were held for contractors during the HVAC insulation project are now cleared and available to residents. 
Pool:  Opening date is May 27 at 11:00am.   Patrons are reminded that they must show their pool pass to the lifeguard and sign the logbook.  Unit owners have received the pool pass application and passes are being mailed accordingly.  Guests must be accompanied by unit resident.
Snaking of bathroom drains:  This is scheduled for May 11.  More information will be provided closer to that date.

May Board meeting:  Note that the meeting will be on May 17 at 7:00pm (instead of May 24).  All residents are invited to attend.
