New parking tags/community room policy

The new parking hang tags have been distributed and transition is effective on Sunday September 11, 2022.  
Any vehicle displaying the old tags (orange/purple) will be towed at owner's expense.  

A revised policy to reserve the community room will be effective on September 15, 2022.  Owners and residents have been informed accordingly.

New chiller:  The anticipated timing for its installation is towards end of September.  A communication will be sent out as soon as a timetable is known.
