Air Conditioner breakdown on August 14:  it was due to a malfunction of the generator as the oil company did not add a certain chemical when filling up the generator tank.

Trash:  the community is reminded to observe the guidelines regarding disposing of household trash, recyclables, bulk items and construction materials. 

Hot water interruption on August 12:  it was due to a power switch issue. 

Pool dirty water:  The Board and Management are working on getting the pump replaced so that filtered water can fill up the pool and it can be cleaned.
