Thanks to the resident/owner who promptly disposed of the moped.  The two bicycles not claimed will be removed on November 1, 2017.
The meetings schedule for 2018 is now available under Notices;  mark your calendar ahead of time and plan to attend when possible. 
As we get closer to the holidays, many parcels are being delivered in the mail room; please check regularly - even if you are not awaiting a package (could be a surprise gift!!!) and pick up promptly to make room for more deliveries.
