Miscellaneous

Facade:  The project is now completed.  The loading dock exit is fully accessible and the six parking spaces by the driveway will be opened by end of the day on Friday 11/11/16.  Management and the Board of Directors thank the contractors (SRG and Culbertson) and their dedicated workers for a job well done.  Furthermore, the cooperation of all residents has been much appreciated all through the inconveniences of the past 10 months or so. 
Scuppers and downspouts:  These will be replaced and work is scheduled to start on/about November 28, 2016.
Garages:  Repairs to the frames will be done on November 17-18, 2016.  Painting - including the doors - will be done in the Spring.
Xfinity Upgrade:  Our building has been surveyed and work will take place on November 29, 2016.  All laundry rooms will be unavailable that day.  See flyer under Notices. 
HVAC Re-insulation on First Floor:  This is our next big project and work is anticipated to be carried out between January and
early April 2017.  Stay tuned for more information!
