Filter change and preventive maintenance

****  NOTICE  ****
 On November 15 & 16, please be advised that the engineers from Jim Meyer Construction Co. will change the filters in apartments heating/cooling units, check plumbing fixtures,  test the smoke detectors, and check stove for gas leaks.
 
Door-to-door communication will be distributed beforehand.
 
It is important that you ensure entry to your unit for this work to be performed.
