Facade Update & Parking Restrictions

Culbertson has started to move their equipment to the front of the building and work on the second phase of the project is now proceeding as scheduled.
Reminder:  It is important that all units in tiers 03, 02, 01, 18, 17, 16 and 15 have the windows taped to prevent/minimize dust from entering the apartments.
Parking in the front:  As mentioned, the three spaces in the front will be unavailable Mondays through Fridays from 7:30am to 5:30pm.  Any cars left between these hours will be towed at owners' expense.  Should work occur on Saturdays, a separate notice will be posted ahead of time.
Restricted Exit through the lobby:  Residents and visitors are asked not to use the lobby entrance Mondays through Fridays between 8:30am and 5:00pm to reduce/prevent dust from entering the building.
