Comcast and Fios

As previously mentioned, Comcast will be on site Tuesday 11/29 and possibly Wednesday 11/30 to perform service upgrade. 
Laundry rooms on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors will be unavailable between 8:30am and 5:pm each day.

FIOS:  Wiring is being done on the first floor today (11/28/16);  molding/cabling will be installed on floors 2 to 5 from Thursday 12/1 through Thursday 12/8/16.  Laundry rooms will be affected.

Locked out of your apartment:  Please call a locksmith or consider giving a set of keys to a neighbor or friend.  Board Members are not available to provide on-site keys. 

Packages in the mail room:  With the convenience of ordering on line and with the approaching holiday season, packages pile up in the mail room. 
If you expect an order, please collect your package(s) promptly.  Furthermore, check also in case you receive a "surprise gift".
