Facade Progress meeting held on August 30.  Contractors confirmed that project is progressing very well and are confident that work will be completed by end of October (weather cooperating and barring any hurdles). 
Loading dock access restricted weekdays until project is completed. 
Condensation problem on first floor.  Ted Ross Consulting firm will visit units and common areas to assess the pipes condensation and provide recommendation for repair/replacement.
Arlington County E-Care (Fall - Sept. 24).  The Arlington Environmental Collection and Recycling Event (E-CARE) is a biannual event at which residents can safely dispose of household hazardous materials (HHM), bikes, small metal items, shoes, clothing and other recyclable items.
