The cooling tower project will be completed on/about May 1, 2026; testing and inspection will follow and AC switchover is expected on May 6, 2026.  
The pool will open on May 23, 2026; residents must show their pool pass, sign the log book,  and obey the lifeguard's instructions at all times.  Guests limited to three per unit must be escorted by a resident.  
Personal belongings MUST NOT be left in common areas; the items will be discarded.  
Similarly, tampering with any common elements is strictly prohibited.  
Reminder not to allow anyone you do not know enter the building behind you.  Report any suspicious person or activity to police at 703-558-2222.  
Locked out of your apartment:  please call a locksmith - no one on site is able to provide access to the units except in extreme emergency.
