Updates

-  Heat is on
-  Most work is completed on the facade and swings have been removed. 
-  Garages repairs:  On October 24, frames will be replaced and repainted as well as doors.  Loading dock exit will still be unavailable until further notice.
-  Patios repairs:  On October 24, work will start on three patios to remedy bad water drainage.
-  Kitchen sinks snaking:  Further to residents' reports about sediment back up, Eddie's Plumbing will snake kitchen sinks.  Residents affected will be notified (all first and fifth floor units, and second floor - units 210 to 216 only).  This work will be done on October 27.
